Inspired by time spent in Switzerland and family roots passed down through generations, our founder set out to recreate the flavor, texture, and standards he grew up loving — using only the best methods and ingredients, made locally in Egypt for his own family.

At the heart of Ministry of Meat is our Swiss-Egyptian Chef and CEO: Mahmoud El-Antaki whose culinary journey spans over two decades of excellence and innovation.
Trained Under Michelin-Star Chefs
He holds a BA from American InterContinental University and studied Culinary Management at The Art Institutes of California, Los Angeles. His career was shaped through hands-on training under Michelin-star Chef Joe Miller at Joe’s in Venice Beach, followed by refining his craft alongside Chef Raphael Lunetta at Lunetta All Day in Santa Monica—ranked among Los Angeles’ top five restaurants by Zagat.
